I love the knowledge and experience of the dermatologists that you are able to choose from and the speed of EVERYTHING beginning to end. They not only saves me time, but also money. They even had to complete a determination of benefits for the medication so that insurance had the information and could "decide" to cover prescription for my adult acne...they gave me a choice and coupons incase I wanted to self pay. WOW!! They told me that the insurance company was requesting the additional info, that it would be done Monday (they were informed Friday after 5 PM CST from insurance). They also provided self pay options/coupons. I opted to have the determination and they completed at NO CHARGE (not typical) EARY Monday and I had the script in my hands at CVS by 1 PM that same day for $10!!!!

YoDerm has gone above and beyond what our expectations. We have gotten better customer service than we get from our local dermatologist. We have received help with prescription roadblocks we hit with prior authorization issues. Omg i just need to brag on you guys for a second! I have been dealing with acne for about 6 years now and i have tried everything! I tried many store bought products as well as prescriptions and nothing has worked on my skin. I seriously was about to give up because i had spent so much money and my skin was getting worse. YoDerm is so convenient! And so inexpensive!! My old dermatologist was at least 20 miles from my home and they would take DAYS or WEEKS to get me a refill.. Two months ago I had horrible cystic acne on my cheeks and chin. I had gone to a few different dermatologists, the last one who really pushed Acutane on me. I kept telling her I was not interested, but she didn't listen. Instead of taking work off and going back to a pushy dermatologist, I decided to try YoDerm. It is by far the best thing I have ever done! It was so easy to fill out the form and take pictures to submit. In less than 24 hours I had a full treatment plan any my medications were ready to be picked up at my pharmacy. I had even expressed that one of the medications was going to be a little too expensive and they found a coupon for me to use to lower the price. I just had my two month follow up and my acne is completely gone! He now prescribed me a topical cream to reduce my old acne scars. I am so impressed with YoDerm and will always recommend it to anyone!

The "office visit"cost is reasonable and the employees worked with me to find an affordable option. I am excited to pick up my prescriptions, and happy with how seamless this process has been!

I love YoDerm because I called my dermatologist here and they couldn't see me for 30 days. YoDerm replied within moments to my online information, had prescriptions for me by the end of business that day. Incredible. YoDerm also stayed in touch while I picked meds up from pharmacy, providing me with a valuable coupon via text message in order to save over $100 on one of my RX'S. Way to go!
